Day 1: In Stockholm
Sightseeing in Stockholm including Vasa Ship, Skansen open-air museum, Gamla Stan

Day 2: Stockholm → Gnesta → Trosa
Train transfer from Stockholm to Gnesta (ca. 1 hr) 
Cycle from Gnesta to Trosa via Lake Sillen, Torsåker Church and Tullgarn Palace**

Train: Stockholm → Gnesta 1 hr

**Tullgarn Palace is off the Näckrosleden cycle route but additional route notes are provided, and you can decide yourselves if you want to detour to the palace. It adds about 10 km to the route. 

Day 3: Trosa → Nynäs manor → Nyköping
Visit Trosa village and harbour
Cycle Trosa to Nyköping via Nynäs Manor and Sandvik beach
Optional detour to Stendörren nature reserve

Day 4: In Nyköping

Optional cycle to Simonsberget viewpoint & Koppartorp historic mining museum
